Welcome to C & P Counselling and Psychotherapy. We know how important choosing the right counsellor can be. It takes courage to ask for help! At any age, life’s challenges can be difficult. We offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to help you explore and understand your inner thoughts and feelings. We work with helping clients identify what they want to achieve from counselling. Our aim is to assist in building awareness, encouraging you to be yourself and support you when it becomes too much on your own. We work with clients to identify what they can achieve from counselling.
We have offices in Mitchelstown and Mallow. We offer in person and online therapy sessions. We are members of, and adhere to the IACP (the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Code of Ethics.
